ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:

Apartments are usually rented from Saturday to Saturday (except in low season). However, if you need to arrive or leave on a different day of the week, please tell us and we'll do our utmost to fit in with your arrangements.

Check-in is from 6pm on your arrival date. Please tell us your expected arrival time at least one day in advance. You will need to show your national identity document or driving licence to obtain the keys to the apartment.

Check-out is before 10am on your departure day. The keys must be dropped off at the office during office hours or posted in the office letterbox.

The above arrival and departure times are established under Article 16.1 of Valencia Government Decree 92/2009 of 3 July 2009, implementing the Regulation on Tourist Accommodation and Property Management Companies in the Autonomous Community of Valencia (Reglamento de Alojamientos Turísticos y Empresas Gestoras de la Comunidad Valenciana).
