GENERAL BOOKING AND STAY CONDITIONS – ALTUBEL

I. Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website (www.altubel.com), which automatically calculates availability and prices. You can choose your preferred apartment and submit your booking request immediately.

During high season, most arrivals and departures take place on Saturdays, although Fridays or Mondays may be assigned depending on the building. This will be specified when the booking is processed.

After we verify availability and pricing, you will receive the documentation and instructions necessary to formalize your booking.

To confirm the booking, a deposit of approximately 25% of the total amount must be paid. Once received, we will confirm the booking and send a detailed confirmation email. The balance is due upon key collection or, at the latest, the following day.

A €100 security deposit is required for all bookings, made by pre-authorizing your credit or debit card. It will be released after verifying the apartment's condition.

II. Changes or Modifications

Booking extensions may be requested in advance and are subject to availability and updated pricing.

Once confirmed, no modifications are accepted. Any requested change is treated as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees and penalties.

III. Use and Enjoyment of the Apartments

Check-in is between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the first day. Check-out is before 10:00 a.m. on the last day. These times ensure proper cleaning and preparation.

Upon arrival, customers must visit our office to collect the keys and show valid ID for all guests over 16. You may also send the documentation by email in advance to speed up check-in.

During check-in, you will be asked to sign a short rental agreement summarizing these conditions.

If arriving outside business hours, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to arrange key collection accordingly. In-person delivery after hours incurs a €50 surcharge and is not available after midnight.

Keys must never be left inside the apartment upon departure. Please return them to the office, or use the drop box if closed (let us know in advance when possible).

Late check-out may be available outside high season. Please request in advance.

All apartments are equipped with standard kitchenware (excluding pressure cookers and toasters), television, and access to community pools or sports areas if applicable. The price includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi and parking (if available), community fees, bed linen (with weekly changes at reception), cleaning on arrival and departure, and VAT.

Bath towels are not included, but can always be rented. This service is always available and charged accordingly.

Features such as pool access, Wi-Fi, and parking are listed in each apartment’s online description.

Any issues upon arrival should be reported immediately using the contact methods provided or via the QR code displayed in the apartment, which gives access to a wide range of information.

During business hours, our team will assist you at the office. Outside office hours, you may call our emergency number provided via the same QR code. Please use this service responsibly.

Apartments must not exceed the stated occupancy (babies under 2 in a crib are excluded). Age is determined as of the check-in date.

Some apartments allow extra beds or cribs, which must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Contact us for pricing.

Pets are not allowed unless specified in the listing or permitted by law. Violations may result in cancellation without refund, immediate eviction, and charges for cleaning and the full stay.

Customers are responsible for any damage to the apartment, garage, or shared spaces. ALTUBEL is not liable for loss, theft, fire, accidents, or items left behind.

Guests must comply with community rules, including noise restrictions and quiet hours. Parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Please respect ALTUBEL's usage guidelines and the environment by avoiding unnecessary water or energy consumption. Let’s act responsibly for the benefit of our planet.

ALTUBEL reserves the right to terminate the rental if rules are breached, without refund or compensation.

IV. Additional Services

We offer various optional services, which can be booked in advance or during your stay. These include:

  • After-hours key collection
  • Late check-out (in low season)
  • Towel rental
  • Crib and extra bed rental
  • Parking pass management
  • Cleaning during your stay
  • Tourist information
  • Luggage storage on departure
  • Assistance with car rentals via external providers
  • Receiving or printing tickets, travel documents, etc.

All services are charged accordingly and coordinated upon request.

V. Booking Cancellation

Bookings are considered cancelled when notice is given in writing to ALTUBEL (info@altubel.com) before the scheduled check-in date, or when the apartment is not occupied by 5:00 p.m. on that date without prior notice.

In any cancellation (including force majeure), ALTUBEL may retain documented handling costs up to €100.

Unless force majeure is proven, cancellation penalties apply as follows:

  • 10% of the deposit if cancelled more than 30 days in advance
  • 50% between 8 and 30 days in advance
  • 100% if cancelled 7 days or less in advance, or no-show

These fees may be deducted from the deposit. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. All claims must be made directly by the customer to the insurer.

If the apartment becomes unavailable due to reasons attributable to ALTUBEL, the customer may choose:

  • Accommodation of equal or superior characteristics and category
  • Compensation equal to twice the deposit paid

Conditions established in accordance with current regulations, including Decree Law 9/2024, of August 2, of the Consell, amending the regulatory framework for tourist accommodation in the Valencian Community.

Our OFFICE is OPEN from monday to saturday from 09h00 to 14h00 and from 16h00 to 20h00.
Sunday from 10h00 to 13h00.
