Street market schedule for Peñíscola and neighbouring towns

The city of Peñíscola has a wide range of shops with special opening hours for holidaymakers. In most shops you can buy souvenirs and every type of product late in the evening and at night.

In addition, there’s a weekly street market on Monday mornings at the Centro de Estudios outdoor parking area (next to the Sur (‘south’) beach), where you can buy clothes and food.

Official street markets are also held in neighbouring towns on the following days of the week:

MONDAY: Peñíscola, Castelló de la Plana, les Cases d'Alcanar and Tortosa

TUESDAY: Alcossebre (in the afternoons in summer), Torreblanca and Amposta

WEDNESDAY: Benicarló, l'Aldea and La Sénia (also on Saturdays)

THURSDAY: Vinaròs, Benicàssim, Oropesa del Mar, Deltebre, Alcanar and Amposta

FRIDAY: Alcalà de Xivert, Sant Mateu, Roquetes and Ulldecona

SATURDAY: La Sénia (also on Wednesdays), Sant Carles de la Ràpita and Santa Bàrbara
