Peñiscola is located in the north of the Valencia region, in the province of Castellón, halfway between Valencia and Barcelona. You can arrive there by the N-340 road, the A-7 motorway (exit nº 43) or by train to the Peñiscola Benicarló station, where the major long-distance trains stop.

Peñiscola can be reached from any point in Spain. From Barcelona, by the A-7 motorway, we pass Tarragona and then arrive at exit nº 43 (Peñiscola – Benicarló) located at the ‘365 km’ point on the motorway. At this point we leave the motorway and take the N-340 until we reach the CV-141, which we follow a little way until we reach the CV 140, which leads us directly to Peñiscola.

From Madrid, we take the M-30 until we arrive at the N-III motorway. We then carry on until we arrive at the A-31 before we join the A-3. Next, we take the A-7 until we arrive at exit nº 43 (km.365), at which point we take the N-340. Finally, we will take the CV-141 and then the CV-140 until we arrive at our destination.

The journey from Valencia to Peñiscola is shorter. We leave the capital and continue until the A-31. We then take the A-3 until we arrive at the A-7. When we arrive at exit nº 43, we follow the same route as above.
